Nuts!!! So good and so good for you!! Was thinking about more ways to incorporate them into the menu rotation and to entice kids to partake as well… made me think of the classic pb&j combo! We took to the test kitchen and came up with this delicious remake!!! Two parts raw almonds, one part freeze dried raspberries and one blender later… WOW is this good!! We put it on some apple slices, you could use celery sticks or use as a base for your morning protein shake! Here’s some great reading on why you should go nuts!!!
